Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you register at the event, our team records your name, mobile number and email. As you play, we record which games you played, your times for timed games, your Guess the Car answer, and any prize you win.
Why
To run the digital stamp passport, show leaderboards, run the prize draws, contact winners, and send event updates from the organisers. Leaderboards and the draw screen show only your first name and the first letter of your last name, never your full number or email.
Cookies
This site uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in to your passport, and one to remember your language. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who sees it
Only the event organisers (Desert Fox Racing) and the technology provider (Liox). We do not sell your data.
How long
Event data is kept for up to 12 months after the event, then deleted.
Your rights
Ask our team at the registration desk, or email the organisers, to see or delete your data.
